Administrative Information: Enrollment

How do I enroll?

You should declare your intent to be in the Engineering Biology Program by the end of your Sophomore year. It is wise to contact the program in your Freshman year to begin planning courses.

To officially enroll, obtain an enrollment form from the Program Secretary, Hema Ramamurthy, A201 EQUAD or download it here. Filling out this form, getting the advisor's signature, and returning it to the Program Office enrolls you in the Program.
