Events: Final Public Oral Examinations

The Final Public Oral (FPO) examination caps a Ph.D. student's experience at Princeton. During the FPO, the student defends his or her Ph.D. thesis before a committee of the faculty, and answers other questions from the committee and others in attendance. FPOs are open to the public.
